One of the fundamental tools for aligning resources with mission-critical priorities is our Responsibility Centered Management model (RCM).

During our three year review, we heard from faculty, deans and staff that in order to build and sustain people’s capacity for RCM, more training and information is required. And, it needs to be available when you are. Whether you are brand new to Temple or just new to RCM, we’ve tried to design this site according to your role and interests.

In the Modules section you will find training slides and videos to introduce you to incentive-based budgeting at Temple as well as articles and literature about similar models and best practices at other institutions.

Start off with Provost Epps' WELCOME and then venture into the instructions and begin the LEARNING RCM Module to get the basics of Temple's model.
