Name That Source! | Put It to the Test

Now that you've completed the tutorial, let's see how well you're able to identify different source types.

Some of the test questions will ask you to scan or skim over a resource. This doesn't require you to read the source word-for-word, but to instead look at specific areas to get an idea of what the source is talking about. For example, you can try to detect the author's main ideas, notice the layout of the source, take note of any pictures or advertisements, etc. If you need more help, click this link to read a short article on how to scan over a resource.
