Module 6 Practicum Exercise--Mid-Semester Check-in

It's time for an informal (and anonymous!) mid-semester check-in, to get your feedback on how the course is going. I plan to address your comments by making any necessary adjustments to the schedule or course format. 

Although I am able to see who in the class has filled out this survey form (so I can give those people a completion grade for their practicum exercise), I will NOT be able to see who made which comments--your answers will be completely anonymized in Canvas.
