Upload a PDF or JPG scan/photo of your worksheet from the Week 11 Test.
There's some great apps (CamScanner, Adobe Scan, etc) that will let you scan and convert your worksheets to a single PDF then upload them to Google Drive. You can also take pictures directly in the Canvas App and submit.
